Annual Review

TEDCO operates as a conventional company, limited by guarantee. The Tyneside Economic Development Company Limited has one wholly owned subsidiary company, TEDCO Enterprises Limited, that operates TEDCO's consultancy and property based services. The Board of TEDCO Enterprises Limited is drawn from the main TEDCO Board. The Boards of Directors' meet 5 times a year and present the annual report in July of each year. In addition to voting members, interested parties are invited to this annual review of TEDCO's activities. TEDCO is managed on a day-to-day basis by a Chief Executive and a management team.
